This policy explains what AI UGC does with the information you give us on this page.
When you request the AI Media Buyer Checklist we store your email address, the marketing parameters in the page URL (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid), the page that referred you, and your browser user agent. We also store a one-way hashed form of your IP address purely to rate-limit abusive submissions — the original IP address is never written to our database.
To deliver the checklist you asked for, to understand which ads bring people here, and to protect the form from automated abuse. We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit the form.
If a Meta Pixel is configured on this page, we send Meta a de-duplicated event when a checklist request is completed so we can measure ad performance. We do not sell your data.
We keep your email until you ask us to remove it. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@aiugc.co. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
Our database and server infrastructure are operated by our hosting provider on our behalf. Links to Creatify are affiliate links; once you follow one, Creatify's own privacy policy applies to what you do on their site.
